Growing up, I was a child that would draw on walls and furniture with anything I could get my hands on. Today, I use art as a means to highlight important social and political issues. Throughout the years, my creative endeavors and goals continuously changed as I went through school. In high school, I was still trying to figure out what I wanted to do, I just knew that it had to be creative. After graduating, I attended Arizona State University’s Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts and received my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a focus in…
I come from a family of small business owners so it was something always on the horizon. I had a successful run in high end cosmetic management and retail for close to a decade in Ohio along with many hours worked in our family restaurants. When I moved to Arizona I worked in an office and knew that was not the end goal. While I was still working I started selling clothes from home with a direct sales company and slowly transitioned into my own shop. I knew again, I wanted to be working for myself so I slowly started…
Believe it or not I didn't take a single art class in high school. I thought I was going to be an architectural engineer until I realized that was mostly wires and internal components and not at all what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. I'm glad he did, that day changed the entire course of my life. For my last semester of…

She would let us pick the colors and turn it however we liked. My mom was the first person to give me a brush. Art was my escape and my way of channeling all the rage into to the art world and wreaking havoc.
My love for creating brows started about three years ago when I was a stay at home mom and I was wanting something to do that I loved and that I could make my own schedule with having two little boys to take care of. I have always had a brow obsession and loved shaping brows, filling them in and pointing out all the different brows I would see women have. Three years ago I pulled the trigger on going to get trained and certified for microblading. It was the best decision I have ever made as I have gotten…
My passion for fitness all started 20 years ago. I played competitive sports as a child, which then lead to weight lifting in my later teen years. When I was about 18 I started to get seriously about weight lifting and making my health a longterm priority. I finally got to a point in my fitness journey where I realized I wanted to expand this into a business and help others achieve their fitness goals and watch their health thrive. My passion for fitness runs deep, and so does my passion for helping and inspiring others. I up and quite…
I’m the owner at Elegant Gents Barbershop. I am a 3rd generation barber who started my journey back in 2006 at Paradise Valley Barbershop. In July 2019, I decided to start a new venture and open my very first barbershop, Elegant Gents Barbershop on 12020 N. 32nd St Phoenix AZ 85028. With the support of my family, my previous loyal clientele and of course the neighborhood around the barbershop, I hope to bring elegance and to help our clients look and feel their best with every haircut and/or shave.
