Meet Patris Kirakosian of BADCHKN LLC.
I started off going to culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu in 2015 and graduated 2017 . I then started to work for amazing restaurants and chefs such as Momed in Atwater village , 189 by Dominique Ansel and For Walt Disney Corporate . I then decided I wanted to start a journey of my own and so I opened up a food truck .
I am beyond thankful for the support of friends and family in my business because they have always been my number 1 customers . We have been going around Downtown La . Glendale Ca . Sun valley Ca , and Highland Park Ca . We have been to many events such as movie studios or corporate events or even just birthday parties .
Badchkn is a Nashville Hot Chicken joint that serves Nashville style chicken and southern comfort food . We specialize in our Badchkn Sando which is a freshly baked Brioche bun, Mary’s organic chicken breast . Homemade B&B pickles and secret slaw . I am proud that the company is moving forward and we are always looking for new customers and events and are trying to find a Brick and Mortar for our 1st location . The thing that sets us apart from the other places is that everything we use is the best quality food you can buy from fresh bread to our organic chicken and BAP certified shrimp for our Shrimp Poboys.
Personally what defines success for me is not the money it’s the happiness that I bring to people once they try my food . I have experience working at fine dining restaurants and know everything about quality and fresh food . We are always looking to expand and try out new places in California to get our name out as much as we can .
