Meet Justin Reid of Juśtin
I started doing music at a young age. My dad was a DJ in Atlanta at the time so it exposed to a lot of different kinds of music. I carried that all into my middle school and high school years when I began performing in competitions around the city!
I’ve faced a lot growing up. From abuse to homelessness to growing up in a single parent household. The road was never easy but it was God who protected me and allowed me to nurture my gifts.
I am an independent artist. I specialize in rap, R&B, Pop, Gospel and Neo-Soul respectively. I’m also efficient at piano but intend to expand my range regarding instruments! What sets me apart is also what I am most proud of. I push myself to be as diverse an artist as I can. This includes dipping into different genres, dancing, conducting and even producing music.
To be simple, I define success as being the best you you can possibly be. Personally, I believe in aiming for the top of your field. For me, I do not feel successful until I am the best in the field that I’m working on.
