I was working as a full-charge bookkeeper for a company when someone asked me to help her with her husband’s bookkeeping as it was her responsibility and she hated much of it. When I finally agreed, I realized I needed to find a few more clients to make the cost of licenses to operate worth the expense. A year later, my husband told me to quit my job as customers liked the service I offered and I needed more time to help them n my own business.
