I agree that I will not hold Licensees or anyone who receives permission from any of them, responsible for any liability resulting from the use and/or reproduction of the Photograph, in accordance with the terms hereof, including, without limitation, for copyright infringement and/or what might be deemed to be any alteration or modification of the Photograph due to distortion, optical illusion or faulty reproduction which may occur in the finished product. I understand and acknowledge that nothing herein will constitute any obligation on the Licensee to make any use of any of the Photograph and/or rights set forth herein. I hereby waive all my rights to inspect and approve the finished product, its use, or such written or spoken copy as may be used in connection therewith. I warrant and represent that this license does not in any way conflict with any existing commitments on my part. I understand and acknowledge that the agreement herein constitutes an obligation to pay all fees assessed in a timely manner. That the monthly payment option requires a minmum 3 month commitment and that if any fees are unpaid due to any reason my account will be suspended until such time as all fees assessed are paid in full. I understand and acknowledge that this Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and that this Agreement cannot be modified or altered, except in writing, signed by the parties. I understand that any dispute and/or disagreement arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State and shall be fully and finally decided by a court of competent jurisdiction in that State.
